1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using QRFlow, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
QRFlow provides tools to create, manage, publish, and measure QR codes and related campaign assets. Features, limits, availability, and pricing may change as the service evolves.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly notify us of unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use QRFlow for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, harmful, infringing, abusive, or malicious activity. You may not interfere with the service, bypass usage limits, or attempt unauthorized access.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant QRFlow the limited license needed to host, process, display, and transmit that content to provide the service. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions to use it.
6. Payments and plans
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing presented at purchase. Upgrades may take effect after successful payment confirmation. Downgrades may take effect at the next applicable renewal or calendar billing period. Taxes and payment-provider terms may apply.
7. Intellectual property
QRFlow and its software, branding, and content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership of QRFlow or its underlying technology.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, QRFlow disclaims warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, security concerns, nonpayment, or operational reasons. You may stop using the service and request account closure.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. Contact QRFlow through the support channel associated with your account for questions.
